This hotel is conveniently located close to the major attractions in the city, making it easy to explore the tourist sites. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and some even have balconies overlooking the main street. The staff at the reception desk are extremely helpful and provide great customer service, especially Domenica and Marika.
The communication with the staff can be difficult as they only communicate via WhatsApp and may not respond promptly to inquiries.

Cleanliness was excellent. The hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and easily accessible by public transportation. The staff was friendly and were very good too assist us.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location of P.C. Boutique H. Napoli Centro was perfect, with easy access to all the pick-up points for day tours. The room was clean and overall comfortable. I appreciated the effort put into ensuring cleanliness.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. the location is fantastic - right in the heart of the city center and close to all the attractions. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Angela, who went out of her way to assist me during my stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and I especially loved the balcony which offered a cute view of the bustling square.
Limited hanging space, but overall everything was great!
